Membership Options

We offer three VIP Membership tiers. Each membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Benefits apply to future orders only after the membership has been purchased.

Gold Membership – $7.99/month

Platinum Membership – $9.99/month

• Free standard shipping
• 35% discount on all retail purchases

Black Membership – $12.99/month

• Free expedited shipping
• 50% discount on all retail purchases

Billing & Payment

• Membership fees are billed every 30 days on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Charges will appear on your statement under 1-844-382-2781.
• Taxes may apply based on your location.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time.
• To prevent additional charges, cancellations should be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date so our systems can process your request.
• Once cancelled, you will continue to receive membership benefits through the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

All memberships come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

• You may request a refund within 30 days of your first membership charge if you are not satisfied.
• Refunds may also be issued in cases of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• After the 30-day window, membership fees are non-refundable.

Returns on Retail Purchases

Opened products purchased under a VIP Membership discount are eligible for return, provided only a reasonable amount has been used for testing purposes and it is an initial purchase of the specified product.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days from your order date.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
